Pound Ridge, New York is situated between the Connecticut border and Bedford, and Lewisboro New York. It is one of the oldest settlements in the country, as it was established by Europeans in 1718. Pound Ridge is located in Westchester county, and a large section of the town was originally included in the town of North Castle.

The area boasts a warm community atmosphere where citizens work together to achieve common ends.
